That’s right, you read the title correctly! Rene is going to be a Gammie all over again! I am about 9 weeks pregnant and Chris, Jason and I are so excited for a another new baby adventure! I’ll be sure to inform you all about my baby bargain hoots along the way! Also, this past weekend, my hubby and I celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary! Chris is Rene’s son and she did an amazing job raising him let me tell you…he’s such a romantic! We’ll be going on a vacation together just the two of us in the fall but on our actual anniversary day he took me on a “Trip Down Memory Lane” and we visited several different stops that were riddled with memories of our dating and earliest married years. It was such a good time! So in honor of our 5 year anniversary, I’d like to share some of the pictures from our wedding. Rene actually helped me design and plan the majority of the wedding. She came up with all these brilliant ideas and I got to say “yay” or “nay”…but most of them were “yay!” because she’s such a design genius!!! So I hope you enjoy a trip down memory lane with me! Also, all credit for pictures goes to my lovely photographer Noelle Shumer of Noelle Ann Photography. She’s pretty stinking amazing! Here are some of the decorations. We had a beautiful outdoor wedding on the grounds where the reception would be. We mainly had orchids and spider mums for the flowers. We also had Stewart’s Key Lime pop and sand dollar cookies to match our green and aqua beach theme. The chuppah was made out of bamboo rods from Pottery Barn. My father in law made it himself! And here’s the wedding party along with yours truly and my gorgeous groom! The girls’ entire outfits, dresses, shoes and jewelry cost $70! The dresses we found on the Clearance section of the Ann Taylor website, except for the aqua ones for my sisters which were from David’s Bridal. The shoes were $20 and the jewelry was $10 from Walmart! The guys’ suits were found on Ebay for I believe around $80. We got some good deals! Is this not the most adorable picture you’ve ever seen?!?! This is my niece as she was waiting for pictures. We also got a photobooth for FREE!!! The guy was friends with our photographer and as long as we agreed to let him use some of the pictures from the photobooth for a brochure he was putting together for his business, we could use it for free that night! It really made the night so fun for us and the guests! And last, but NOT least, my favorite picture of my beautiful Mother In Law and her amazing son! Thanks for sharing in this journey back in time with me! If you’d like to know how we did any of the decorations, just ask in the comments below and we’ll be glad to share! I could talk all day about my wedding haha! It really was a dream come true!
