Amazon is offering a FREE download for the new Kindle program for your PC. Currently, it only works with Windows 7, Vista, and XP. You can also use the FREE Kindle App on an iPhone and an iPod touch. I love it! I think it is so handy to be able to download a book in not even a minute.
There are also numerous FREE Kindle book downloads on Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised to see some new FREE Kindle downloads. These change often so you have to check back to see what is offered.
The only thing I don’t want to read on my Kindle is reference type books or cookbooks at least with iPhone/iPod Touch App…..works well on the PC.
