Easy Banana Cream Pie!

April 6, 2010

This is sooo easy and delish! One of my son’s favorites and mine too… that says a lot for me since I’m not a big pie fan.

This is one of those desserts you’ll want to make the day before, trust me it just gets better.

1 ready made gram cracker crust (I purchased the larger size in this recipe) if using smaller size crust use 1 Lg box      pudding

2 boxes of cook and serve vanilla pudding make as directed… I had some left over (don’t use instant)

5-6 bananas

large cool whip

First make the pudding then slice banans as you need them for layering in the pie.

Start by placing a layer of  warm-room temp  (not hot) pudding in the pie shell, next a layer of bananas…continue with this process about 3-4 layers. Then spread coolwhip all over the top. Cover and chill over night.  Enjoy!
