I’ve always loved the Old Northeast section of St. Petersburg and all the historical homes!! I couldn’t help but share some spectacular pictures of this 1925 Italian Renaissance Villa up for sale. Now that it’s on the market, there are online pictures of the inside too!!! Doesn’t this Mediterranean Revival style just say Florida all over it!!
I would be happy living in the little pool house…isn’t it cute!!!

Absolutely gorgeous…I love all the windows, the arches, the fireplace…now if only I could convince my husband to move somewhere warmer…
