I came across the Habitat Re-Store directory for the U.S. and loved that they listed all the Re-Stores in my state. Have you ever checked out your local Re-Store? Click here to locate the store nearest you. You might be surprised at all the cool stuff you can find at great prices. They have everything from used appliances to doorknobs. The Re-store is a location kind of like Goodwill. People and companies like Home Depot donate items to Habitat for Humanity’s Restore to sell to the public and help provide money for HFH to repair and build homes for people in need. They don’t use the items from the Restore to fix up and build the homes they basically use it as an outlet for income. Anyone can donate.

 Decorative shutter/ garage vent $5.00 Something I’m kicking myself …over and over… for not getting for my craft room or office!! Two Large and very tall built in black units with large slide out drawers below!! $150 for all of the pieces!

Thank you for featuring my strawberry shortcake! I love your idea of sharing from blogland…I wish I had something to link up…but I have never shopped at re-store. We have several stores around here where people take their home building goods to recycle, but I haven’t heard of one for Habitat for Humanity. I will have to keep my ears open. Have a good Thursday. I got them over a year ago at Pottery Barn on sale. They don’t have them anymore…your best bet is to check ebay. The pattern is Sutter Jaquard… it’s a greek key design 🙂
ooops..you can call the outlet too… If you don’t live near one that’s ok… they mail things.

also, i tried to research your blog to find those metal industrial bistro chairs…remember the ones you found so cheap? was it KMart?? would love to know the source again….thinking of using those on our outdoor porch…
