I have to apologize for not getting this blog post up sooner. I kind of got physically zapped
last night and didn’t feel like cooking. I have some kind of sinus thing going on and my heads
been pounding…so needless to say…I’ve been on the couch.
Even though.. I didn’t cook and take pics.I decided to share what I was going to cook….

I am so addicted to Pinterest!!! I have tried many recipes but I think the best is the oven baked BBQ ribs. They are on my “I Made It!” board. The recipe seems to work for any type rib, pork or beef. I leave both negative and positive comments on the recipes I have tried.
