This is a brilliant idea ….if it works. Has anyone ever tried it?
You are suppose to cut an apple up and wrap it with a rubber band to keep it from browning.
I don’t know all the scientific reasons for an apple turning brown, but I’m guessing the air does it.
I’m thankful for Home with real food for sharing this apple puzzle concept. I’m going to try it soon!
Or you can dip your cut apples in 7 up and throw it in the fridge. That makes a great healthy snack instead of going for the cake of ice cream.
